1. Drop-off
We record contact details, bicycle identity, reported symptoms, requested timing and accessories left with the bike. Existing visible damage may be noted where relevant.
2. Assessment
A mechanic checks the agreed areas and identifies likely parts, labour and dependencies. A booking is not a promise that every part is immediately available.
3. Authorisation
Work proceeds within the confirmed scope and approval limit. If the repair changes materially, we request a decision before continuing.

4. Handover
At collection we explain completed work, replaced parts and observations that may need later attention. The rider remains responsible for normal pre-ride checks and reporting any new symptom.
Collection and storage
Completed bicycles should be collected within the notified period. Extended storage, abandoned items and disposal are handled under the service terms and applicable law.
