Workshop enquiries
Response hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.
Drop-off and collection are by confirmed workshop arrangement.
Include the bicycle type, brand or system if relevant, the symptom, when it started and whether the bicycle is currently safe to move.
Before your visit
- Remove loose personal items unless needed for diagnosis.
- Bring battery and lock keys where relevant.
- Do not clean or charge a visibly damaged battery.
- Tell us about previous repairs or unusual modifications.
- Wait for confirmation before travelling to the workshop.
Time-sensitive problems
If steering, braking, wheel retention or the frame appears unsafe, stop riding. An email enquiry is not an emergency inspection and does not confirm immediate capacity.
