E-bike boundaries
We can perform many mechanical tasks on e-bikes. Diagnostic software, battery repair and warranty work depend on brand support, system access and product condition.
Damaged batteries, unusual heat or charging concerns should not be transported or used until appropriate safety guidance is obtained.
Estimate and approval
The initial estimate reflects visible condition and the requested scope. Hidden corrosion, seized components or incompatible previous modifications may become clear only during work. We pause and contact the authorised person before material additional work.
Bring with the bike
Keys for locks and batteries, the charger when the symptom involves charging, any unusual removable parts, and a concise description of when the problem occurs.
